I was always a 1200 miler, still consider that the base benchmark for run volume.

Best years are around 1400 miles.

Chelmsford City equalised in the 93rd minute. UCI TCL on the box in the evening. I liked yesterday very much.

Morning all. Tennis this evening unless I can find a reason not to go other than not wanting to go, thinking taking up tennis again again was almost as big a mistake as last time and secretly wishing never to see another fluffy yellow bastard.

Starting at hook again, though, so that's nice.
