It's taper time! Happy days, this time next week I'll be thundering South from Calais, tunes blasting, ready for the race of a lifetime. In the meantime I'm quite looking forward to taper, the race and associated holiday in Nice then a PROPER holiday after. Can't arsing wait. |

Sounds good TRO! Also on light training (practically indistinguishable from previous levels of training, granted) with race on Sunday. Some improvements in nutrition = more energy = generally feeling positive about it. |

Yes withdrawn from Weymouth. After Nice I have IM Barcelona (as support to the OH, not racing!!! although I might get 'certain urges'....) on Oct 1st, then proper Holiday (California + Hawaii) Oct 11th to Nov 2nd - no bike will be brought. We will be supporting a friend doing Kona and course recce-ing during the Hawaii bit. Going to be ace! |
