Today my neck, upper back and shoulders are a tad DOMS-y. And I am not considering the 10k lock to lock swim next year ……

I'm not considering it! I think I'd rather get out while I'm still enjoying myself.

Apart from an urge to eat everything in sight, and itching from around a dozen large bites courtesy of Thames wildlife (more gradually appearing), I'm suffering very few ill effects from Sunday.

I just posted on 700 that I don't have DOMS but I did have a massive tired phase this afternoon that was only cures by cake. And 1 bite.

12 big bites have emerged so far and I'm up tonight with massive itching despite antihistamine tablet and cream etc. Tomorrow will be better.

I hope your sore finger heals quickly - that's just as annoying in a different way.
