Very lovely day out with H & J while K was meeting her Highland mates to go bouldering at the new place in the city. I definitely need to do more of that hill walking thing as I'm not very hill-fit at the moment and it detracts slightly from my enjoyment of the day.

Sam is off running in the ardennes with his harem of Hannies, I'm trying not to spiral into catastrophising and anxiety by resorting to a heady cocktail of medication and unnecessarily vigorous housework. If the housework goes well, I will might even fit in a WOD from virtual coach. Also, in a break from my personal tradition but return to more mainstream (but not othordox) practice, I've broken my lenten fast already and had real scrambled eggs with chorizo for brunch. It was a genuinely spiritual experience.
