Yes Ive been lax but here is March. What an utter rancid filthdog of a month, lordy, glad its gone. I was pining for February for most of it.... SWim 9hrs/16mls/9% Bike 36hrs/594mls/38% Run 24hrs/151mls25% XT 26hrs/28% Total 95 hours Shiny new Davod Lloyd membership accounts for the sharp rise in XT, love the gym and have done lots of yoga and sauna. A lot of the saunas were part of treatment for an achilles injury. Good training month, noticeable how the run has ramped up with the ONLY/LONGEST/HARDEST run/walk in 7.5 hours and get a medal MARATHON looming in 3 weeks. DVD extras - filthdog months survived: 1 - AG wins: 1 (Half marathon) - New relationships started: 1 ( ![]() - West Ham relegations: probably 1 April is going to be strormer, fill your boots kids. Happy days. |

Not if I have a mental image of TRO making the beast with two backs I don’t. I swam further than I ran last month. Don’t think that’s ever happened before. |

OK then: March pigs in blankets were: Running: 77 miles in 16 hrs 30 - clearly no records set there Swimming: 1.1 miles, mostly pool-based Cycling: 11 miles - just the one ride, but I've been looking at padded knickers online so there could be more outings soon Extras: Have an 'official' weights/machines programme at the local gym and have been twice. Completed Penguin Challenge for OW dips throughout the winter. |
