I went off to do a Virtual Mile.

I got Actually soaked to the skin in a cloudburst. Of course now I'm back the rain has resumed its habitual drizzle (which I was prepared for.)

Fun this, isn't it?

Been running there was much misery for the not as fit as this time last year runner.
