I have actually managed to fit in 10 miles of running, the woofer still needs its exercise and done an hour on the watt bike but really not the most productive weekend at all. Been trying to follow the Fallout from the Lineker debacle

It would only be a sprint distance and it's a Lido swim, but given I've not even sat on my bike yet this year I wonder if I can get my cycling confidence (to say nothing of pace!!) back enough to make it a pleasure rather than a penance.
