I’ve been Zwift racing. Turns out I moved up a grade (which explains why it was such a struggle keeping up!!). Not even close to troubling the podium, but a really good effort. :)

Also Zwift raced, didn't see AC in his fancy C cat! Survived it ok so that's a positive for joining a season of league racing...

FTP test done - was expecting a disaster, as I have hardly done anything on the bike for 3 months, but actually was up slightly (perhaps well rested legs after xmas break?) that, coupled with some solid weight loss, is making me wonder whether I should be entering more than just one sprint tri this year.....Cotswold 113? Outlaw?
I usually have the whole year planned out by now but I can't decide whether to go run focussed or tri focussed for 2023....

It was bloody hard work, I don’t know about fancy!!

Decisions, decisions Sweetie. I’m lucky to have way too much to do this year to even contemplate a return to eventing. 2024 for me :)
