even reading King seems wrong TBH!
I think he is genuinely touch by the publics reaction and wants to do his best
I'm guessing the funeral will be week Monday so there is a public holiday
10 days would make it Sunday and you don't really do funerals on a Sunday

but whatever our thoughts are about the monarch she's done a grand job for many many years and had a huge impact on life

I was a fan.
She seemed like a genuinely dedicated person who took her service to the nation seriously.
Over all, though, I'm not a fan of the concept of monarchy.

she was indeed a great lady and did a lot of great things
even on Tuesday she had such a warm and genuine smile on her face - it happened very quickly
Just seen King Charles has been given a hug and kiss by a member of the public!

Hopefully I won't need the answers to this question!
So yesterday I did a run commute with a nice tempo run home of 6m (so 10.5 for the day)
All good no issues
Today my right ankle is iffy/sore/stiff so I have rested.
Sunday I had planned 12m (last long run before taper for Chester) with a couple tomorrow to loosen the legs
I'm now thinking I will just walk tomorrow as Sunday's LSR is the important thing.
I'm hoping that any niggles will have gone by tomorrow too
If it's still niggling do I rest Saturday walk or turbo Sunday?
As I say I hope the niggle will be gone tomorrow so Sunday's run can happen :-D

Last really hard bike effort before the race in Spain saw seasons best power for 22 mins.
