Cycling round the go kart track again. Cornering improving. Fun. Second best bike actually fine not on a turbo (once we made the brakes work properly.. )

Now who didn't remind me to book a swim then? Eh?

The squad let me have a night off my orange session so I could go to birthday karate and dinner with Ryan. Nearly 10pm when we got home!!!

6 am run with my woofer today to get her out before ot gets too hot.

Morning All. I have a minor plague. It’s not The Plague, but still resulted in a miserable night. Fortunately I’ve got nothing to do today so will be resting.

Disappointed to have missed Orange crew last night but hopefully sensible behaviour will see me right.
