Weymouth 2018. It rained, epically and biblically for hours, with gales too. Other events nearby (a sportive) were cancelled.

It was THAT Dorney but for 4 hours (then dry but damn cold and windy for last hour of the run).

I’d done IM Wales a week before in glorious late Summer sun and warmth (by far my nicest IM Wales weather wise), so wasn’t competing but Mrs TRO was.

I was just in black, a load of old kit I'll probably throw away now as I doubt it'll ever be really clean again, the Vets shirts are black with yellow and maroon stripes.

Some of the hardier and cannier lads were playing in just rugby shorts, making them almost impossible to tackle. Sneaky gits.

Fabulous photos today - thats some mud Rae

Been out on the bike nice 37 miler but headwind all the way home, underfuelled and felt it when I hit the hills at the end.

I’ve cycled my bike outdoors. Almost perfect weather (cloudy but bright, virtually no wind, dry, great company, etc etc) :)

So coach it is literally the nuts?
Mind you the cost of a new tube will be about the same value as the bike! Haha

Covid still with me that short ride followed by walk was more work than it should have been
