EA - I have gymned and swimmed

had the pool to myself which was rather nice :-)

Greppers - when you have a mo, would you remove me from the ride London (29th May) and Cotswold 113 (june 5th) as my foot is just not happy with cycling right now, and I don't want to pressurise myself into getting fit for either of them.

this year is going to be all about the swim at this rate :-o

We went to the Monsal trail today. Nice afternoon , not as warm as it looked but dry and dry is good.
