I've had one for 3.5years. Replace the saddle but it has been a brilliant training device.

Evening!
It's been a bit shite busy work wise September, but we had lovely holidays in Wales. There was also a dodgy calf. Returned to in person yoga, very happy with class and teacher so am now a regular. Zwift racing is back.
Run 20.6 moles Swim 2.5 Bike 34 Walk 85.5! Yoga 3 hours
Extras: SUPathlon, not last despite falling in.
Weight gain halted and even fallen a smidge but still way over where I was 6 months ago.
Not nearly enough running to attempt a running marathon. I can walk for hours though so I will cover 26.2 miles on Sunday run-walk and take all day if I have to. Just going to follow the Thames home from Dorneyish, have a day out. Goodness knows what I was thinking of entering a virtual marathon!
October : Back to some sort of routine and continue a downward weight trend.

If I didn’t already have a Wattbike I’d have bought an Atom last year. Such good kit.

I have just been on an old school watt bike - did the Garmin FTP guided test 250W, which is great as I was 256W on 1 Apr and I have only been doing a max of 3x 1hr @ Z2 rides with occasional longer outdoor rides. I think, I hope, I can quickly get that up to a decent level.
Also did some 6s sprints which gave a max power of 1007W on the bike and 955W on watch (3s?)

Oooh sounds fun. We are without wifi for a few weeks but look forward to hearing about the climb. I must check out the Roubaix.
