I put my big girl bra on and made an appointment with my GP to talk about unicorn sedatives (antidepressants, or anti-anxiety meds, or some similar type of thing, innit) this morning. I've been very reluctant to consider over the counter neurotransmitters before, but the shrink thinks they may help, so might as well give it a go.
