Weather very changeable, conditions yuk, covered in a thin layer of mud and grit by the end. Sounds slightly nicer than Bolton though... Read blog Linds, although not much to add, sorry. Toying with spending lots getting a video assessment of my swimming as I think I just want some pointers. And speed !
