forecast was thunder lightening at lunchtime

It's not tri season until you've shit yourself at your wetsuit hanging up in the shower.

I also got a dry sunny run in. It TROed it down just now but it's bright again now.

no PIx, it will be great , *but*, if there's a hint of panic you know what to do, tread water, breathe evenly and with control, and it will pass *

* I have had to do this during a race before :-/
