been to that there Tempus Fugit and gained a new 5 min power PB but 3 watts :-)
rest day tomorrow - I may actually do some yoga for the week at some point

I can't speak for Lammo, but I feel like there's going to be a lot more of me chasing you than vice versa!

My procrastination at work today has been making (and colour coding) a proper training plan for the LCW, though, so hopefully I too will start seeing improvements soon.
