We too have dinner disaster. Casserole in oven at 1745 to slow-cook for 1½ hours while I rode the Orange session. Oven thermometer goosed, oven goes mental, Helen rescues house from fire potential at 1845. I’m still on the bike. Casserole ruined.

Fortunately we DO have stir-fry sauce...

Aye, it was. I wandered through at the back of 7, all wide-eyed and innocent-like, to find the kitchen full of smoke and a smell that took me straight back to a job I used to do!!

Luckily, no harm done! :)

Really enjoyed last night even if it did highlight fatigue that I had from the weekend.

Felt ok this morning so rode an hour of Ventop, zwift really missed a trick with this climb and giving it nothing to inspire as you climb or motivate you to complete it.
