with 6 day's to go until the end of the month I appear to have already have done my highest monthly cycling mileage and more running miles since October when I did the marathon

On 26m now but think I will be under the 38m this month but coach will no doubt have me passing this soon

6 days till the end of the worst month ever.

Expecting close to 100 hours total, 1100 miles on the bike.

If a had a sex pond full of wine I’d sit in it all day on Feb 1st....

Centr - It’s Chris Hemsworth’s training app. It was free for months last year. Another free 6 week deal now. Not sure I’d pay for it but guess lots do. Today was a core/hiit style workout. It has weights yoga recipes meditation. centr.com
