Slight existence of left knee, it's been a busy week. today unlikely to be troubled by training other than a Mum convo later.

No training weekend likely as doing a mercy dash to Yorkshire to stock Mrs Tro’s mum’s larder as they go tier 3 on Monday. Unbelievably also dropping Xmas pressies off (not my doing as I’m a ‘no Xmas shopping until December’ chap) as we think that will be the situation until well into next year. Grim times indeed.
