All the best frags.

Is this a diagnostic thing or a checking on progress thing, Frags? Either way, fingers crossed for a positive outcome. I guess with it only being your foot they're interested in the rest of you can stay out of the noisy tube, which is always nice.
BDP.
Running and vanity on the schedule today, and meetings all through lunch, so it might have to be an early finish to get out in the sunshine (this is just a way of bragging about the fact that we have sunshine of course, at the moment).
That'll be the rigor mortis, Ankhers. I told you not to go harvesting other people's limbs, it's not as profitable as the ads make it seem.

Morning all
Sounds and reports of fun at the Orange session , thank TRO for steering the ship. My evening was relaxed and fun and very muddy.
I had fun last night and my run legs/head have arrived for my off season , 12 plus miles run mildly progressively in not much over 90 mins. Always nice when you want to do something.

Rae - diagnostic test to see if they can work out what’s causing the foot pain and pins and needles. Previously went private, but now going through NHS when medial insurance stopped paying.
I know the end game is surgery to fuse some of the little bones together, and sometimes whe it’s bad, I’d quite happily go with amputation 😳

You could get one of them nifty carbon fibre springamajigs instead, maybe?
