In race kit, eating toast. Pacer brother has made excuse and dropped out. All down to me for a 10k SB. Quite excited to actually race! (without a map)
So that's a run, to go with a swim and a bike this week. So there!

I've left the sulking skip for a bit of a pootle around watopia (never got around to it yesterday, I had knitting to do).
Now the teething issues are mostly ironed out I think I could get the to quite like this Zwift thing.

AA - intended to go out on my bike today, but by the time I'd faffed around trying to decide how many layers to wear the heavens opened, so I changed and zwifted instead, whereupon the sun came out has has been ever since *rolls eyes*

That'll be the heavy shower for most of the second half of my race, Frag. Not bothered apart from being the tit in sunglasses!
A good day out, pace was where I expected it to be and the inclines taken mostly in my stride. I may not have done that much running this year but frequent hour long zwifts with a sprint finish helped.

Evening all.
The weather is a total bum, frags.
We managed to walk the dogs in a dry bit, but I'm really glad I have so many indoor options now.
Vanity accomplished, herfstbok being consumed.
