Afternoon. Ran up and down a hill in mostly sunshine.

TT race later, will hurt and I'll be shit given how the legs feel. Still, cutback week next week so should be sharper for races then and really time to lay down a rested, 100% effort and see where I am.

Ridiculously wet out there. Looks like I’m going to end up on 47 runny miles. I’m not going out in that unless I have to.
