So I've just had a down week after the Europeans and am due to ramp up ahead of Nationals starting tomorrow . No easy for sure...
My duathlon went ahead today and well if you follow me on any other platform you have seen the pictures and will know Inwas a DNF while winning.
Everything feels a bit shit right now.

There's a general 'down' vibe across the site, in my view, but no-one needs to justify a cutback in training: it's as much a part of sport as the toughest sessions.
First 30-minute run for me for ten months - without stopping, too!

Go swits! My training this weekend has taken the form of lots of squats and lifting up and putting down of heavy things.
Oh yes, we're relandscaping the pond.
By the looks of the queues in the DIY store we're not the only ones thinking that being stuck at home is the perfect time to get on with some projects.
