A 8 mile run followed by a short swim 1 x 400m and 1 x 200m, I felt a little tired after the 2nd rep so decided to bin the rest of the swim.

I may bike outside tomorrow if the weather gods are feeling nice.

One for PoD out the other side, but the excellent Zach Lowe in his midweek podcast stated “sports are always more fun when there is a ball and some teammates” - which I think many of us can get behind to an extent.

It was doubly amusing as it came as part of a rant about why competitive swimming, and I quote, sucks.
