Now then....
When I swim, I squint at the poolside clock for the time and try to remember how many lengths I've done. Most sessions end with me doing 2 more lengths "just in case"
I have a Garmin 235, which I had to buy last year because my old Garmin fell to bits. I understand I can swim in it, but as a famous Luddite, I have no idea how to set it up.
Help?

Spring like in Borkel, also. And gardening also, if you can call an hour and a half of clearing dog shit from the 'lawn' gardening.

I have cycled some glorious moles *outside* on my heavy winter bike, was thankful for the mudguards when I had to go through some flooding. Very muddy and wet still on the backroads. Oh and windy too. Great go get some fresh air

Today's long run has been shunted into tomorrow in favour of a lie in and England rugby watching double bill. One down one to go.
