Re 1.5 bodyweight for leg press, one leg. I'd definitely want to see stats on how common that is! That sounds like a lot of weight!

I’ve looked back at my numbers (on Strong, which I think is excellent). 1.5 doesn’t sound excessive. I’m not there but I’m close enough to want to chase it now I know it’s a thing.

How many reps are you looking at for 1.5 on one leg? I'm thinking if you can do 1.5 on one leg, you're looking at 3.5 - 4 on both?
How does that compare to your squat?
