I hardly dare relate my stats in comparison to TRO's Anyway: Run: 104 miles That equals my highest ever monthly mileage in August 2018, and is only half an hour slower than that month - odd, because this month's mileage is all marathon training so has been 'deliberately' slow. I must have done a lot of dawdling in Aug 2018. Bike: 17 - well it's been very wet, is my excuse Swim 0 No time, too busy running 3 hours of strengthening work. Loads of miles walked

Pretty poor totals due to combo of Februaryfilth and workload. March WILL be better.
DVD extras Significant, measurable improvements in both swim and run (Just need to get some serious time on the bike.)

Some semblance of structure returning, but a way to go yet.
Currently enjoying X-Train - Skiing but painfully aware of fitness-related limitations. Looking forward to gains in March.
