Dude, I'm too old to understand the other phrases and given how agitated I get by some of the words used in here I'd say no I'm just an old fart on an MTB

Gobi can't wait to see the go-pro footage of you hurtling down a mountain trail.
It is Monday so it was club swim tonight, the focus was on rotation, the main set was 12 x 50m, I hear that we are building towards a css test in a few weeks, I am not looking forward to it.

Morning all Just gym yesterday, trying to get the old quads built up again. Physio says I should be able to do a set of single leg presses of 1.5 x bodyweight. Not even close ... that's about 100kg Can do about 135kg with both legs.
Anyone else got any wisdom on this???
