Did I mention that I bought some used Mavic Pro Carbons for 200 quid? An apparent bargain .... turns out that a couple of spokes were bent on the rear wheel, I never noticed. I defy anyone to successfully deal with Mavic customer services and extract a couple of spokes from them, what a nightmare!
