Swum swimmed. Nice and relaxed with gracious lane sharing.

Morning. I have done bugger all, it was an effort to drag my sorry arse into work if I'm honest. On the plus side I am leading an off-road session over 't moors tonight.

Good point about the rear Gobi, although I wouldn't rely on a driver seeing it before it hit the windscreen.

Going to collect the "new" rear wheel that I recently bought from bike shop later. Did I mention that I bought some used Mavic Pro Carbons for 200 quid? An apparent bargain .... turns out that a couple of spokes were bent on the rear wheel, I never noticed. I defy anyone to successfully deal with Mavic customer services and extract a couple of spokes from them, what a nightmare!

AA. I have DOSMs here (delayed onset swim munchies) Swam and ran yesterday. My usual binge training is carrying on into the new year.
Probably going to enter a sprint tri next week that's club champs.
I'm a V40 in tri world now so got a new load of age graded PBs to set
