Been running in ovals. Well, that's a lie, actually: ran in two ovals, one at the start and one at the end, and in between ran surprisingly fast for me up and down straight bits. Rained on, blown about by Brendan, loved every second of it. Must be some kind of weirdo.

90 mins (I got lost) on the watt bike :-)

Joking aside a solid morning but 4hour efforts are not in my future which rules out Ironman :-)

(Ignoring the swimming and the fact I cant run marathons anymore allegedly)
