Evening all, I've been egg chasing.
Hardly any of the flipping second team squad turned up, though, which is always frustrating.
On Wednesdays we train from 8 to 10, but on Fridays it's 7 to 9, so now it's weirdly early and e don't know what to do with myself.

Good work.
Took the weekend off, other than an hour’s watting. Feel freshened up and motivated for another 3 week block; began with a murderous 2.5k swim squad set.
Happy days.

Merry Monday, multisports heroes.
Disappointing weekend chez Mondo, rugby cancelled at the last minute saturday so the few of us that had bothered to show up got added to the D2 squad and shipped off to Dendermonde, which meant I at least got to do the warm up training and even onto the pitch very briefly (carrying water bottles...). The a deeply unsatisfying run/walk on Sunday. The Malpie was at least stunningly beautiful in its autumn colours, but my legs had nothing in them and after just 1k I felt a but queasy Stil, I battled on to 5.5k alternating 1k runs with 500m walks. Next one should be better. Onward!
