Morning all. As I am a finely honed athlete and have the Gt South Run tomorrow, today I shall be mostly sitting around, sometimes watching rugby ( being Welsh, it's 'c'mon Australia', I'm afraid) and stuffing my face.

Afternoon lycra clad weirdos. We got absolutely hammered. We started 12 against 13, then lost two to injury in the first half and played a good 10 minutes with just 10.
In the second half the other side loaned us three of their subs. We did managed to get one try.
But most importantly, we didn't forfeit. We were top of the table, so one loss isn't the end of the world, and our squad should be back to full strength for the next game - which is at least two weeks away.

Well yay then. We (Chelmsfordians 3) got promoted at least in part because we fulfilled all our fixtures. The glory goes to the team that turns up.
