Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

*C'mon show 'em what you're worth*

In my case, not a lot: stats for September are

Run: 85 miles, highest yet this year but still below target
Bike: 81 miles, about average for this year
Swim: 1.1 miles, very poor
Strengthening classes: 4 hours, most consistent month this year

Swim 1:59 1.3 moles
Bike 7:19 80.0 moles
Run 9:34 40.2 moles

Walk 9:15 21.4 moles

Run and bike rather less than they would have been due to holiday at the end of the month, walking more, although I didn’t log all of it.

Swim - 07:41 (27.12%) - 15.8km (9.8 Miles)
Bike - 05:30 (19.41%) - 131.7km (81.7 Miles)
Run - 11:10 (39.37%) - 108.6km (67.3 Miles)
X-Train - 04:00

Total: 28:21:51 covering 256.1km (158.8 miles) - Not including x-train
Average of: 0:54 a day.

Bike is low because I'm on to half mara training plan. First (nearly) 70 mile run month in quite some time.

DVD Extras: One Woburn Standard Distance, One Thorpe Sprint Distance, permission gained for IM 70.3 next year x 1.

October, should I remain injury free should be another 70-odd mile run, with average swim and low bike.
