Good morning multi sport heros
I did some running and swimming last night and as a bit of fun we have been learning to do tumble turns who would have thought water up the hooter would hurt so much

Morning.
No racing for me till November (last race was mid August). Trying to get body 100% before XC season rather than continuing to race pretty well knowing I'm not quite right.
Hopefully foregoing short term rewards leads to bigger long term gains and rewards.

TRO Saracen
Morning. I am home. I am death. I will be fat, soon.
I love Ironman racing. Not my year this year for various reasons, not my day Sunday but I still had a great day in Tenby. No place I’ve ever raced in comes close, if Kona is half as good it’ll be fantastic.
Time to kick back, live a little, plan a lot: I want to be in the shape of life next October.
Heading to Weymouth in couple of days for Mrs TRO’s day in the sun (or rain...).
Thanks for the support fellow endurance heroes/nut jobs/residents.
Laters potaters....

Merry lunctime lycra clad wonders.
I did a running round the park at lunchtime. Well, a mostly running. More running than walking by a long shot. This is Progress with a capital P.
