My turn tomorrow, thankfully not as far to swim as Ginge did today. In preparation I did a short cycle to the LBS to correct the indexing on the gears, followed by a 2 mile run.

In other news I have signed up for Baxters River Ness 10K on the 8th October it will not be a PB attempt.

Good afternoon sportsters

Not long back from Gordonston, oh how the other half live amazing facilities for those select few.

1:49:23 for my sprint today, a fair few rookie mistakes today but lots learnt, I'll see if I can do some sort of report

I I recce'd next week's tri bike course this morning. It's two laps of the most horrible roads around town, stuffed with traffic and pedestrian lights, mini roundabouts, a big and busy roundabout and appalling road surfaces. On the second lap I just lost my confidence dealing with it all. I actually got off and walked across one junction :-(

Please tell me this is like the disastrous dress rehearsal and it'll be alright on the night :-(

(On the bright side I then ran 5k which felt like coming home :-) )
