Today, as if in sympathy with all my injured comrades, my one shoulder has been pure misery, and so I have done very little of a sportular nature.
I have been drinking beer on the sofa in my pants, though,so it hasn't been a total bust.

Went to the physio yesterday after work and he thinks I should be able to continue running seems to be a tight calf causing the issue, will go for a trot later :)

Afternoon All. Drookit AF out there. Went for a walk this morning and been playing board games with the kids ever since.
