Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Which ones Ankh? I’m slightly confused that Foyles, at least in Chelmsford, sell games now. Hurray, probably.

Evening multi sport stars, well you all are in my eyes

I managed a 4 mile easy run without any issues, pleasing to say the least and Caley won so it's been a good day :)

Morning weirdos and... other weirdos

Biked up to t' city and back yestereve to have food and drink with friends and plan our trip to Corsica in a few weeks.

Today I'm wondering if I could pull off a bingo...

I done it! not a bingo (yet...there's time), but a running on the road!

It was actually great, apart feom forgetting that you have to enable intervals every flipping time you start an activity with suunto, so I did three minutes of warm up brisk walking before realising then had to stop recording and start a new activity to get the wrist vribatey alerts for the interval timing. But by the end of the third, fourth, and fifth run intervals I was surprised by how soon they were done, and decide to throw in some more run bits to close out the last few hundred meters back to the house. I also finally got around to autorising the suunto app to importto fetch, so my training log will finally have some stuff in it for he three random people I've never interacted with yet who are apparently following me.

It still feels weird and like my right foot is made of clay or something rather than normal foot components like my left foot, and I'm extra aware of how I'm placing my feet because I'm trying not to be lopsided, but I think this is probably good for my running form over all. It will surely get easier and more natural the more I do.

Now to go pick some elderberries for making magic potion...

Rygbi? But it’s Rogers Cup. Women’s final could be a proper cracker.

It's not Wales vs England, though, is it?
