TRO Staying indoors for February
After Physio on Monday there has been a noticeable improvement. I could feel the strength back on last night's Tempo Zwatt so will try a dreadmill easy 2 miles at lunch.
So, by 2pm I will be either conjubilant with song or looking for a cat to kick....
