godawful turbo session - I know they're supposed to be hard - but this one sucked big time; over halfway through and I had to let the dog out, then noticed that the resistance had been turned up higher than I usually have it

New turbot skewer arrived yesterday to replace the one that came apart in my hands (honest, guv). So I was all set for early morning training and I got up to find I’ve got a puncture. A PUNCTURE! FFS!! How the fuckety fuck does my bike get a puncture when it’s sat indoors attached to the bastard turbo trainer?!! Seriously?! Anyway, rant over. Morning All. |
