AA. I have once again done bog all training. Unless 3 miles in a santa suit in over an hour counts. Which it doesn't.
I have entered a 10 mile xc race for the end of December though. The northerner in me will do that as it's cost money.

Have any of the residents done Clacton Standard? Its in the club champs for next year so I'll probably end up doing it.
