Seat is rather well connected so this is not good. On the bright side I am not holgs as it is not on a post :¬)
Another few watts found at the TT this evening, if I was on a TT bike I have to admit to saying I am 95 % rock and roll - sub 24 on a loaded road bike without aero kit and just shy of 310 watts
