I've been to the gym, it was good, but warm, its closing from 23/4 - 3/5, what will i do?

I have done the work lunchtime cycle pursuit. Nice to get out, played the useful idiot role reeling in the two off the front on the final lap before going backwards in the sprint. Almost as much as Zwift in a strange way....;-)

No gangrenous toes or scabby backs were involved.
