I have run around Grafham Water. It was cold but sunny and thoroughly enjoyable.

Nice TRO, Charlie.

Bit tired today. Managed to be on form for the Scouts' Founders Day parade at Kirk this morning but haven’t managed much else since, although the kids and I enjoyed the ridiculous family film Tooth Fairy this afternoon (if they tell you I fell asleep they’re mistaken!!) whilst MrsC went walking with a friend.

Early night tonight and back on it the morn.

Spring like jaunt along the Erewash canal yesterday with Mrs nico. There was blue sky, sunshine, crocuses (croci?), swans, and annoying photo bombers

Them knees, lordy, we need legislation. It can't be right in a civilised society.

Morning.

Easy jog last night, this morning boots off with 2.5k in the pool and weigh in - a pleasing 69kg. Surprising, but already at target race weight. 3kg lost since Jan 1st.

Gym has some body analyser scales suggesting 8.6% body fat and BMI 22.6. Don't want to go any lower, time to hold and see how the form is at this level.

Morning.

Good weightloss TRO.

Fortunately (?) I have already been exposed to Nico's knees, in the flesh as it were, so I'm no longer so traumatised by them.

The Scribbler
Tried the pool nearest my new work place on a Friday afternoon, only to discover it's a 'leisure pool' with slides and water features for the kids. Still managed to get a decent swim in, but won't be repeating the experience! Fortunately I have other pools nearby.
Run and cycle done over the weekend too. Struggling with the cold and wind to manage anything long distance on the bike.

Well done Scribbler

Impressive and depressing weigh TRO

Just be grateful Nico only had his knees out, although it was jolly cold.

Gym for me today
