Sorry to hear that Gobi.
I have sea swum. FMOB, brutal - much more so than December. Just over half a mile/23mins and still convalescing.
Rest of the day is EASY, possibly nothing at all.

Sorry for your loss Gobi, its always the best people go to soon.
The hound is currently in the animal hospital very ill, prognosis does not look great, more tests are being done:-( 2018 not great do far.
I have my referral to the sports Doc, am now trying to get through to her secretary to make an appt, I await the needle

Not at all sure Sue's dad will see Easter. 2018 can indeed do one.
On a happier irritation, every day is a record breaker for me at the moment as the last Fenix5 firmware upgrade forced me to do a factory reset.
