FWIW my average running HR so far this month has been 118 bpm, which is 68% of MHR and about 55% of WHR, using the Parker/Karvonen formula.
Today's exam question: calculate my resting HR.

Yes, the MHR is a red herring. All we know is (0.55 * WHR) + RHR = 118.
Two variables, one equation. Can't be done.

my bike and run today were average 118
both very different ways of getting there
Fenners 8mm basically on a road for 119 avg during the last 3 .2 miles or so
