Morning. Solid 2x30 sweetspot Zwatted last night, close to my pre Munich numbers.

Z1 easy watter today. I sacked off swim this morning.

Great shout on the social media Gobi, the endless political ranting/retweets/shared posts continually banging away at political stuff is just draining. Nobody changes their opinion because of an amusing mocked up poster with caption on twitter.
