Hi GF, what, what indeed.
I'd like a tri club option for some coaching assistance, to help with my motivation and a bit of the social I guess, a training partner or group would be good.
I went to the swanky gym on the way home from work (Castle Royle on the A4), v expensive, very warm 20m pool probably count it out. But some good classes, I need to get back to Pilates and a nice place to take the kids.
Need to work out the real costs of the tri club but it looks like I'd certainly get more bang for my buck.
Would I miss the gym, could I do both?
Where am I going to find the time...

FFS wrote a long reply and its disappeared
Basically, I think more bang for buck with tri club. For me I would only get basic m'ship of BTS as I don't need/want swimming or Pilates as I get Pilates at gym (I'm at DL Maidenhead and absolutely love it) my gym membership would always be the last thing to go. Having said that, mine is paid for by work

I LOVE it. Spin instructors are brilliant, Pilates, body pump, GRIT, nice pool/jacuzzi. Kids stuff at weekends. And you could train with me, what more do you need
