30 mins on the rollers, 2:30 cafe ride on the single speed (cold, windy but amazingly stayed dry), 6 mile Z2 run.

There was Jude. Start was delayed 15 minutes. Some of us got there early, which meant a very long, very cold wait. Great race again though. 1590 runners, which explains why the course was so congested. Much much less mud than previous years. Finished with both shoes, 1155th in 55:26. Chaos at the finish as usual, stood in line for over 30 minutes while my socks froze and hypothermia set in.
