7 hours on the bike yesterday including triple ascent of Mont Ventoux.

I use a cheapy stages and it works just fine.

I feel my performance in todays duathlon may be somewhat compromised.

My cheapy Stages is ill again. I washed my Synapse and it didnae like it.

New generation Stages are fine though AFAIK. I'd buy one in preference to *anything* else price/performance wise.

Watted, hour of Z2-ish.

Ventoux 3 ways, nice work Gobi.

I have SRM, bomb proof and accurate (but ££££££). Seen too many issues with other systems Quark, Vector and Stages - most people seem to have hassles.

I don't use anything PM wise, its not worth it for me and the on/off training I do :) also a stages would be no good as I couldn't swap it between bikes, hence my love of the P1's

Swapping a Stages is no harder than swapping Vectors - and if you have SPD on your commuter bike and iClics on your race bike a pair of P1s (or indeed Vectors) would be dick all use.

I have 2 quarqs and both have been solid in all conditions except the very worst rain got in the old gxp one.

My stages have been fine since the last upgrade.
